This is Phoebe our Landy ,  she was mend to go in 2009 but due to the circumstances beyond our control we had to leave her behind.   She need a little work done and then a bit of TLC as she stood a long time, but i think she will make an nice home for us in 2012. watch this space for updates on her well being.
